Day Twenty

Did my 3 miles this morning! Walked a pretty good pace too.
When I got back, I did my outside weights workout. I'm not feeling sore so I knew it was time. I did 4 sets of dead lifts, just like the last time again. I did 2 sets of 100lb curls, and I did 3 sets of bench pressing.

Drank plenty of water today but did not quite finish my gallon.

This evening I did my DDP yoga workout, followed by crunches, cross leg lifts, elevated leg swings, and then finishing it off with my dumbbell workout. I'm feeling really good tonight. Tomorrow is my Bowflex day so I'm gonna get plenty of rest so I can be top notch tomorrow after my walk.
