Day Twenty One


Did my 3 miles this morning!

Came back and did my morning workout consisting of Bowflex, Ab lounge, and my exercise bike!
I did 2 sets of every exercise on the Bowflex with 15 to 30 reps on each one. My reps on the Ab lounge were also beefed up. I also did 22 minutes, almost 23 on the exercise bike.

Finished my gallon of water today!

This evening, I did it kinda late so I only did my DDP yoga workout. I did not get in my follow up exercises, but that's ok. The yoga was good for me. Really got me sweating pretty bad. My body feels great now! Awesome day of exercise ;)
