Day Ninety One

Up early this morning and did my Bowflex workout. I did 2 sets of every exercise with 15 to 30 reps each. I followed that up with 2 sets on the Ab lounge, and then finished off with 22 minutes on the exercise bike.

After that, we went out and did 3 miles!
Lisa walked today. Got the walk done early because we planned to sell this morning.

No evening workout today.
