Day Eighty Four

Did 3 miles this morning!

Came back and did my outside weights workout. 4 sets of dead lifts, 2 sets of standing presses, 2 sets of 100lb curls, and 3 sets of bench presses.

Working on my gallon of water! Still haven't finished it yet, but I'll get there.

Did not do my evening workout today because Lisa was off and we were just too caught up in our day to fit any kind of exercise in tonight. I really want to get back to DDP yoga every night. That really did help me. So much I need to work on.
