Day Seventy Six

Did my first full workout today in over 2 weeks :D So proud of myself!!

Did 3 miles this morning!
Came home and did my outside weights workout. Did 4 sets of dead lifts, 2 sets of standing presses, 2 sets of 100lb curls, and 3 sets of bench presses. Finished off my morning workout with some jump roping.

Finished my gallon of water today!

This evening I did DDP yoga 'ENERGY'.
After, I did my floor workout consisting of 40 crunches, leg lifts, elevated leg swings, pushups, and then I finished it off with my dumbbell workout.

I'm feelin great!! Tomorrow is my Bowflex workout. Lookin forward to that ;}
