Day One

What a first day... I did 3 miles this morning! Oh man my stomach was acting up all day, plus my legs were really tired and sore. The great thing about today, this morning after midnight, we were helping my sister move out of her apartment. I'm so happy! She was going thru some really bad stuff (things she chose to do) but nevertheless, it was taking its toll on her and she needed to get out. The cops were called to help out, and we got her out of there. I just pray that she is finally done with that life and that she strives to build a brand new life and continues to live that life for the rest of her days. That is my wish! So today wasn't a great day for exercise, though I did get my exercise this morning moving her things out, then doing my 3 miles when I woke up, but today was a great and memorable day! I hope it stays this way and I hope the best for my sister. Lees and I went to the theater this morning and bought our tickets of the Avengers this Friday at 10:40am. ...

Day One Hundred Three - REST DAY

This morning..ugh, I was going to do my 3 miles! I really feel like I'm ready to start exercising again, especially after those weights I did yesterday. So today I set my alarm for 6:45am. What happens? It went off, I woke up, turned it off, then said, Ok time to get up. Then next time I opened my eyes it was 8:30am. Dammit!!! I fell back asleep. Oh well, technically today is the original Rest Day, so I'll call it that..again lol. Tomorrow I'm going to start walking again. I just have to leave the dogs home, which they aren't going to like, especially Cody. This whole toxic waste shit they spilled in the rivers, oh man that really was a sconehead move by the EPA. Now my dogs can't come walking with me because they always play in the ditch, which comes directly from the river. They swim in it and drink from it, especially when it gets hot out there and we're on our way home. I don't want my kiddos getting sick, so I have to keep them home for a while unti...
