Day Forty Nine


Did 3 miles this morning!

Got in my outside weights workout and finished my gallon of water today.

This evening I did my DDP yoga workout.

Feeling great and energized. I'm gonna try to get in as much workouts as I can during this week since I'll be pretty much taking 3 rest days starting Friday when we go to Capote Lake. That's great though. I'm just glad to be getting away for a few days. Definitely need it right now!
