Day Two Hundred Thirty Four

Ok today was Bills Day!
But, we only paid one bill and our loans. That is it! The rest of the money is ours for Christmas. I'm not about to give all our money to bills and not have a good holiday. Screw that!

We didn't walk this morning. We had to get to town and take care of business. We did lots of runarounds and got everything paid. Then we paid back everyone we borrowed from this week. Lisa paid back her aunt and I paid back grandpa. Then we had lunch at the casino. That was great! Afterwards, we played a bit at the machines before Lisa had to go to work. Oh man, that lady who works at the casino...she looked so good today. Plus, I caught her once again looking at me twice. I know she notices me. I just don't know if she likes me, or just looks at me for whatever reason. She seems me looking at her all the time, not like a creeper or anything, but just as an admirable glance kinda thing. She is gorgeous! Just my type.

Anyway I took Lisa to work then I headed home to get ready for practice tonight. Got to the church just after 6pm. Everyone was there waiting and we started up. While we did practice and I had all the kids record their voices, the other church members sacked candy for the Christmas Program. That's another tradition of ours. We're going to give out candy sacks that night so that's going to be great. Also I'm going to have refreshments afterwards so everyone can fellowship and enjoy each others' company the Sunday night before Christmas. It'll be great!

Practice went really good. Got everyone recorded. After that, I had them rehearse one more time and got everyone's position down. Then we finished up for the night. My brother is going to work on the voices and get it all organized and on Sunday afternoon after morning service, we're going to run thru it one last time with the recorded track and they're going to act it out just to make sure we got it all down. Then that night is the Program. It'll be so cool to see it all come together ;)

Now it's time to relax the evening before I have to go pick up Lisa. I took her some food after practice. Soon as we get home tonight, I think we'll have to go straight to bed because tomorrow morning is Star Wars :D My mom called tonight and invited us to breakfast tomorrow morning at 6am at Dennys. They want to eat before the movie. I'm so looking forward to the day!!

Did 3 miles this morning again! Feels great. My feet don't hurt. I mean, I'll feel it but it's not painful like when I first started walking after recovery. They hurt so bad after I sat down a while. That was crazy! So now, I feel great and things are much better. Also my right knee hasn't been feeling crappy in a while now. I feel great! I want to start using the Bowflex and getting back to DDP yoga so bad, but I am so afraid. You know, my recovery took longer than expected. I have said this whole time that my recovery ended the last day in October. Well that was not true! Ya that's when the doctor told me that my recovery was over, but that's not when I was feeling better because to this day, I still feel a really weird and sensitive feeling right where my incision was. Day Two Hundred Thirty Five

STAR WARS: THE FORCE AWAKENS WAS AN EXCELLENT MOVIE!!!!!!! Omgosh that movie was so good and so sad :'( I'm serious, I was really trying to hold back tears on that one scene. Dang that movie was really good. I think the better than that entire prequel trilogy. I'm looking forward to the next one. Dang we only got a couple hours sleep last night. Lisa and I didn't end up going to bed until almost 2am. Then we had to get up at 5 and meet my family at Dennys at 6am. We actually got there before they did haha. But it was fun! We had some great conversation and laughs at breakfast this morning. Then afterwards, we headed to the Allen 8 theater. We got there just about 7am. The ppl were already lining up. TODAY I GOT A NEW CAR

On Friday night (1.15.2016), my truck died on me :'( Timing belt broke! In other words, dead in the water. That was my Only vehicle and at the time I was looking for work and my best pal, Skye, is starting Nursing School the following Monday. She uses my truck so she was very worried and angry. I told her we needed to be thankful that my old truck lasted all that time and got her to her last day of work. Now me, I was not worried because I knew God was always there. I was scared, however, because of everything especially on Saturday morning when I woke up. So I went out into the field by my place and I prayed.
